Apache Can't Access Outside Network

@Anghammarad had to add to the Virtual Server's conf located in /etc/apache2/sited-enabled/<sitename>.conf not the apache2.conf in located in /etc/apache2/apache2.conf

Hello, so I have a Nextcloud server and a raid array. I have it setup but its connecting via a local network 10.0.0.99  I want to be able to access it outside of my home network. I have tried changing permissions to 0777, 0755.

www-data:www-data is the owner recursively. This was working before but now it is not working! Thanks!

You need to make changes in the access.conf from the apache server as well... right now you just changed folder permissions on the filesystem. 

 

Change the apache.conf/httpd.conf accordingly and restart the Apache/Httpd service.

added that and I still get a 403 Forbidden.
