You can just go to PCPartPicker and sort each component by most expensive. That's basically what anybody answering will do.

Do you honestly want to spend 7.000,00 dollars on a rig or is this just a fun-post? because those are not allowed.

 

If this is an honest desire to build such expensive rig state your country for pcpartpicker list accuracy, the build most likely will be an i7 8700k with a 2way SLI 1080 Ti and an ultrawide 1440p monitor.

Even that would only saturate about $3k, unless they start the "buying the most expensive thing on PCPP" game.

a Thread Ripper or i9 hedt pc with dual gfx 1080ti's and a few tb+ capacity m.2's and full custom loop water cooling and 2 24-27in 2k res Monitors w/ various other peripherals might hit the 7k pricerange
