as you don't have any psu cables you need to attach to the GPU, you won't be able to OC it much higher, so don't expect a miracle

I know this but i want little more performance not a 6 or 7 fps gain.

I want a stable oc with 4 or 5 fps gain if possible more. But i want it stable

then it sounds like you need to back off the over clock. back it down till stable.

you have no PSU cables and thats what probably limits this card.

If it is unstable then you can only back off. Every card will hit their silicon limit (hence the silicon lottery). In your case though I think it's also because of power limit and lack of voltage control. You need a card with extra power connector to control these.

unstable -> so slow down on your oc, my 1070 was only able to get a +120 on the core and +420 on the memory. don't think you can crank it much up, as gpu boost 3.0 has already cranked the number up
