The secret is to totally not care even if the good silicon chips dies and you have to go buy a new one. That is the pic I took shortly before I delidded an i7 7700K

Those 2 that you mentioned + the other one that was linked in this thread ... all the same. Any of those will do great and reduce your risk to minimum compared to vice or razer method.

I have the Rockit 88 as it was all that was available at the time I bought it. It works fine and I have used it on various Haswell, Skylake and Coffee Lake CPUs. I think the 115x ones are pretty much all the same, so get whatever is more easy to get. Because I'm in UK, I also had to pay extra import tax on the Rockit 88, which I wouldn't have had to if Der8auer's or others from EU existed then.
