BS PLAYER FREEZE HELP

When I turn on my bs player and start a video this happens.I can hear everything but picture freeze and stays like this...I tried reinstall and download another video whatever,same happens
When i download BS free version same problem,I recently reinstalled win 7
Can anyone find the solution please response

Have you tried using a different media player? MPC-HC is great.

 

Edit: VLC is also great.

@mamuti420 You could always just use something like VLC Media Player or the stock one in windows.

If BS Player is an absolute must for you then you could try looking up some codecs maybe?

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

I absolutely love this BS player,get used to something you know,I try different player if this doesn't work ofc,but I would love to keep this

Seems like a codec update should solve it but read through the site i linked just in case :)

when i reinstall this happens and I install everything it says ok but still doesn't work

Or if you can't find the Codec then you could go to their support page Here's the link and ask them if they could link/send it to you.

 

@mamuti420 Also if you want to notify whoever you are talking to you either need to quote them by clicking the quote button next to the + or selecting a part of what they wrote and then clicking Quote this.

 

That or tag them by writing @ and then clicking their name when it pops up.
