I thought about replacing the case fans too because i want it to be quiet.
Stock Fans are 1x 120 at the back and 1x 140 at the front.

I looked at the Noctua nh u12s. But what do you think? And wich case fans do i have to use? (They can be noctua because i dont have the windowed version of the case :D)

If you clean the heatsync and reapply thermal paste you should stay under 70c but you don't need anything highend, just grab a 212 evo and that will cool it more than you would ever need. My overclocked 3570k stays below 70c with my 212 evo.

Isnt the h100i a little to good for my old cpu?

Yeah, it'd be overkill.

Is that thing quiet?

It's pretty quiet.

i'm pretty sure the stock cooler is fine. it handles my i5 at 5ghz just fine. just set a fan profile with speed fan and get some proper thermal paste.
