is there a way to see all files and size?

so I have 46gb on my HDD, i know there is tons of stuff ill never used buts hard going to folders in sustem files to find them all

 

is there a way to just see everyfile on my computer in one list?

TreeSize will do something very similar to what you do, it's made to show what's taking up disk space so you'll get a list of everything, organized by size.
