Final Fantasy Stormblood DLC purchased but it's not showing up?

I recently bought the Stormblood DLC for Final Fantasy XIV through Playstation Store, but something weird happened. For some reason I cannot download the DLC and when I'm browsing for the DLC on Playstation Store it appears as if I didn't buy it. There is just add to cart option and full price underneath. However, when I go to my account information > Transaction history it is there. I already contacted Playstation Support, but they don't seem to know what actually happened. Did anyone else experience something similar? I bought tons of games through PS Store already, but this is the first time it happened to me. I tried to Rebuild Data through safe mode, restored licences, redownloaded the DLC but nothing helps. 

 

Any ideas on how to solve this?

I play on PC so don't know if PS4 works the same way. On PC I got a code that I had to manually enter into my Square account to activate it. Otherwise I'd suggest asking on a FFXIV specific forum.

Do you have added it to your Square Enix account?
