Some one in work has asked me to part up a list

 

Gaming rig for GTA V, my issue being the budget for the whole thing is £300, including OS and peripherals, except a monitor as they are going to use their TV.

 

I'm not sure this is doable, and have already said as much but said I will try at least to get close

Yeah you could try, say, looking for a 2500k or 2400 and p67 mobo or whatever along with 8gb ddr3 and a last gen 970 or whatever.

Nope, don't use that PSU, IMO I would rather use a $10 Delta OEM unit that comes with prebuilts. The thing is probably a fire hazard.
