That's an amazing price, I usually don't see 780-tier cards going below 100-150.

 

For reference, a 780 performs the same as a 970, 1050/1050Ti, and 1060 3GB.

I got my GTX 770 for C$90 (~U$70) so U$90 seems pretty good for a 780.

ebay, guy was selling it cheap because it had a titan cooler on it as far as i can tell.

X58 Micro board shipped and also reeeeeeeeee may need to do some work on my truck's brakes but the discs + pads is about the same price as the 780s I wanted...

ikr? Rent is legit tomorrow, I need the afore-mentioned brake stuff, and eventually need to replace the catback as well. Has rusted through (just due to heat-cycling) at the splitter - it's the dual exhaust, single back from the engine, splits after the cat - and is hanging on by a thread, I think that may be causing some issues with the truck in general? Something about exhaust backpressure but IDK much about it, need to look into that. 

Yet I keep buying PC hardware, lol. Am sorta contemplating selling my SR-2s though, I can't get the one that's supposed to work to behave and I don't have the patience for it anymore, may end up sticking with single CPU boards . I've been doing wack shit for a couple years now, really need to slow down a bit and let the old financials recover... .

well, i do believe the bill isn't even due until next payday, and regardless, my ISP is surprisingly lenient about actually shutting off service (i.e. the one time i did actually miss a payment they didn't shut it off before my next payday, at which point i promptly payed the due amount)

They'd rather get their money, from what I've heard you can usually call ahead if you know you'll be late on a payment and they won't mind much, so long as you do actually pay it within a reasonable timeframe.

welp, keyboard and mouse still don't light up, it does basically nothing still, even after the CPU swap, pretty sure i bricked the board somehow. when i have time tomorrow, i am going to try testing with the case speaker, see if there is any beep codes i am missing, but other than that i think i may just be screwed... really don't want to have to buy a new board though...

OK Guys, need help. I put my X5690 back together and its not booting. The fans go on, I swapped out my 5690 for my 5670, no boot. Fans run, no beep, or anything. Is my Mobo dead or something? Not used to putting a rig together and it not working. Any suggestions?

Put the 5670 back and see if it boots. 5690 could be a bad egg.

Did that, same thing with both CPUs. Is it possible the board died? Its a really nice board! Rampage III formula  I do have a 3rd cpu I can toss in there...

Try to do a reset on that MOBO, check to see in the manufacturer'website if it has jumpers to reset or how it is done.
