Buying a graphics card

Right now, GPUs are super overpriced and arent in stock anywhere, but this damn 650ti is starting to annoy me, so I really want a new GPU. Id prefer another 480 but those things arent in stock anywhere, but there a 1060 for $350 at NCIX. Im not sure if its good though because I dont have much knowledge about 1060s. https://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-geforce-gtx-1060-gaming-d5-135396.htm?promoid=1626 What do you guys think? Is there another good deal? Ive been snooping around for 980tis on Ebay but cant find any for a decent price. Thanks for the help!

that 1060 is actually just a small amount over MSRP, and I would say go for it. its a solid card, especially coming from the 650Ti, and for that price you won't see anything better

That's a bit above MSRP but still a good card. If you really can't find a 980ti then go for it.
