My computer has 1400 active connections...

As the topic title states.. My computer has over 1400 active connections, which resolves in a slow internet speed. So I am wondering if anyone has any tips for me on how to fix this? I formated my harddrive and actually bought a new one (today), on which now win10 is installed.. But the problem persists.. 

My avast antivirus doesn't find any viruses etc. 

 

To explain the problem some more. When I turn my computer on, the download speed on the family computer slows down approx. 80kb/s. (If i am connected to the internet). If i turn off my computer, speed jumps up to the normal 500 kb/s. 

 

P.s: the info of 1400 active connections i got from my isp provider.

use glasswire to monitor your internet bandwidth , it also has an integrated firewall to block processes from loading or downloading data via ethernet
