Best way to make custom Linux Distro

I've been wanting to make a Linux distro for a while now. I know a bit of HTML, and that's it. I would be willing to learn any programming language to do this. What's the best way (and easiest way) to make a Linux distro based of Ubuntu/Debian?

No, I mean like one packaged up in a ISO file

Yes you can make an OS just like installing Windows

If you like friendly user interface then Ubuntu/Elementary OS

Navigating around it you need to know basic Unix commands

There are bunch of tutorials out there

 

Some of them (off top of my head)

• ls - list all file in a current folder
• cd - change directory
• rm - delete a file
• touch - create a file
• mkdir - create a folder
• rmdir - remove a folder
• clear - clear screen
• mv - move
• cp - copy

I've extensively used the linux command line before and installed linux distros in a VM/live usb multiple times

there is also ubuntu's MAAS that is on the server installation CD. You should be able to use this to mass deploy custom linux, if this is your end goal.

I just wanted to distribute my own version of Linux on the internet

then go with the custom ubuntu route. Im sure there will be something in the debian wiki and arch wiki as well. 

Are you trying to be the next Hannah Montana linux?

Nah, I just wanted to make a clean barebones distro using KDE 5 and Ubuntu.

 

And of course Hannah Montana linux is the ABSOLUTE BEST linux distro
