M.2 wifi card?

Vx0x

I live in sweden and I am getting the asrock x370 killer sli mobo. There is an ac version with wireless internet but they don't sell it in sweden. The board has got an m.2 wifi port and holes for antennas. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation of what card I should get? Or should I get a pcie card?

All help is appreciated!

Yes, it is basically the same, IMHO only with a few features disabled. From a quick look at intel Ark, I see only MU-MIMO not supported, so no big deal :-) .

Will it come with external antennas?

I've never heard of an m.2 WiFi card but there are plenty of PCI Express ones on the market. I normally go for whatever one is rated at the correct speed and sits near the top of Amazon for a decent price.

wifi m.2 is available it is based on the e-key you can get a pcie adapter for wifi and Bluetooth but his board already has the m.2 slot

Same cards that are used in Laptops.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

I do not think so. You usually have to buy antennas separately. It has this antenna connector type: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hirose_U.FL . You can buy antennas directly for this connector, but it might be easier to get a adapter to classical SMA connector. A quick search found some results in my local store (CZ). So there is high chance you will be able to find one in Sweden too.
