Please Help Steam in draining my wallet

so ive had my pc a month and in that time i have purchased 46 games ( majority on sale) apart from BF4 , assassins creed - and literally these steam sales just keep making me buy games , i just see them on sale and have to get them . Like two mins ago i saw the tomb raider collection on sale for 9 pound and i just had to get it . Please help me

but i just see the games on sale and i am like i must have and as i already have my details saved i can buy it and be installing it within 10 seconds

I kind of have a rule. I dont buy anything off steam unless its on sale at 75% or higher my only exception is if its one of those triple A games that never go on sale. I try not to buy anything over $10

Set a spending limit and rule, Say 25$ a month and no new games until the old ones are beat.

I heard that wrapping your computer in wet towels, putting it in a bathtub, then put magnets on it, will solve the problem permanently.

Yeah, problem is, Steam is now on Mobile! I seem to be buying all my games while out and about!
