Posted September 13, 2017 You need a Ryzen 7 it's a known defect that the MB doesn't recognize newer CPUs. If you lack one MSI will help. Posted September 13, 2017 I would call MSI first see if they have a repair center nearby if you rather go the Best Buy route first check that they have a working Ryzen 7 and ask them to update it for you call ahead.
