Are you sure it is the bios because it says on the website the latest bios was on 8-10-17 and ryzen 3 realeased july 28or something like that

i do it clicked down all the way so the release is flush

maybe try reseating your cpu  make sure you didnt bend a pin

check the manual and make sure you connected the switches up properly ?
