I have mixed feelings about this

 

On one hand being able to play an Xbox Console like a PC is great as it benefits people who enjoy playing on a monitor like myself. 

 

That being said I think the appeal of using a controller would be completely lost at this point. I already know adapters exist to use your mouse & keyboard on the XBox One but this seems like it would only ruin competitive play, although this at the very least gives people the option to remain equal.

You say mouse and keyboard but only show the keyboard to be working, so I'm assuming the mouse itself doesn't work, like they say in that news article?
