1060 or 2x560

hellochicken

should I get a gtx 1060 or get 2 rx 560s in crossfire i will be mainly be using this for games, solidworks, and photoshop

Definitely get a 1060. I have decent experience with both SLI and Crossfire setups and I can tell you now that a single more powerful card will always be better than two cards of half or higher comparative performance.

 

Whilst you might think that two graphics cards would be better for solidworks etc. software like this usually does not take any consideration of a 2nd GPU unless you are doing HEAVY GPU based rendering.

 

Get a 1060.
