While this list doesn't have a liquid cooler, I swapped it out for the extra for a X370 motherboard. You really don't need a liquid cooler with Ryzen.

Get a different power supply other than the NEX. Something like the EVGA G2/G3, Corsair RMx or the Bitfenix Whisper M.

Replaced the water cooling with a really nice Noctua air cooler,

Exchanged the PSU for one that is more reliable: PSU Tier List

Put 2 different Noctua fans in replacement of the RGB ones. One is loud but has very good airflow. The other is quiet, not brown, and decent airflow.
