So I feel my Xfx Rx 480 isint pumping out frames I have a overall better build than my friend who has a 470 and he's  constantly pumping out way more frames and in Minecraft I'm bottlenecking at about 56 to sometimes 30 frames v sync is off and I need someone to discord possibly walkthrough trouble shoot with  me for some fun help if available.

My specs are on my profile and running at 1920×1080 always but his pc runs a budget i5 can't rember the model and a xfx Rx70 4gb 8 gb of ram  gigabyte motherboard crappy case and 500 watt power supply  like trust me raw spec and cooling wise my pc kills his

Yeah I get 1-200 frames with same processor and a GTX 660. Is there some task running in the background? (Probably not this since you got eight cores and mc is single threaded)

Minecraft is a single core game from what I know, so if he has an I5 that has like 3.6-4.0Ghz, he might be just out doing you with a single core.

And if you have the latest drivers, uninstall drivers with DDU and reinstall them
