get the 850 evo or pro. they are really good ssd's.

also personally you wont notice the speed difference between nvme and ssd with booting and stuff.

what do you mean?

the 960 is m.2 (nvme protocol) and the 850 is ssd (sata protocol)

windows on its own isnt big at all. a 64 GB would even be overkill for windows alone

960 pro is faster. Same price, get it. Otherwise, dont. for normal use a normal sata ssd is enough.

Use it for adobe if ever.

Considering the basic speed between the NVME and the SSD is negligible and you already have two SSD's, I would go with a 64Gig NVME using it as my C: drive just for windows, then use the two SSD's for whatever else.  Software, games, word processors, etc.

 

But remember, over time, things have a tendency to grow.  When World of Warcraft first started out, say 12 years ago give or take, it wasn't near what it is today.  Today WoW is a hog requiring 40 Gigs of drive space.

almost, you need to initialize the storage in windows before you can use it if you are adding it without a clean windows install
