INT. GAME ROOM - DAY

In a darkened room we see a man, ZACH, he is at a desk with a darkened computer, pressing a power button repeatedly.

ZACH
Come on you piece of --

And finally the screen on his desk is brought to life. Nothing impressive, just a single 23" 1080p monitor.

Then suddenly, Zach opens his gaming platform of choice, Steam.

We see many downloads have just finished and he goes from game to game, playing at LOW SETTINGS!

He checks the system requirements, he just barely reaches the minimum!

ZACH
That's ok, I should be able to
upgrade soon! It'll take no time at
all and I'll be up and running!
FADE OUT.
INT. GAME ROOM - 4 YEARS LATER
PRESENT DAY

Now four years later, we see relatively the same hardware. An upgraded mouse, keyboard, and even a new (non-matching) monitor!

Zach opens Steam once again

ZACH
Man I'm so glad Doom went on sale,
I can finally play it!

Zach then opens Doom, goes through the pre-launch setup, starts the game, and --

NARRATOR

The once full of life monitors are

now as dead as Zach's hopes and

dreams. No longer will his AMD FX-

8320, Radeon R7 260X, 8GB of DDR3

1333 MHz, 1TB hard drive filled

slug of a machine fulfill his

gaming needs. No.

He needs something more. He needs --

ASUS REPUBLIC OF GAMERS! With a

state of the art system, filled

with a slew of gaming peripherals,

modern specs, and RGB goodness, all

of Zach's low settings problems

will be a thing of the past!

Zach weeps.
ZACH
Thank you ROG. Thank you.

6GB DDR3 Memory

256GB HDD

Games:

Can Run:

Mainly this PC runs select games because I have onboard graphics, so most games run mostly dependent on CPU.

Garry's Mod (30 FPS) Low settings, 1600x900, No FPS Cap

CS:GO (45 FPS) Low settings, 1280x720, Capped at 60 FPS

Insurgency (60 FPS) Low settings, 1600x900, Capped at 60 FPS

Fallout 3 (60 FPS) Super Low settings, 1280x720, Capped at 60 FPS

Overwatch (25 FPS) Ultra low settings, 1024x768, Capped at 30 FPS

PAYDAY 2 (30 FPS) Super Low settings, 800x600, Capped at 30 FPS

Cant Run:

Rust | Crashes due to too low memory.

Arma 3 | Too low FPS and frame skipping for me to even play.

DayZ | 15 FPS makes this game uncomfortable to play.

H1Z1 KOTK | Crashes due to low memory and load times are horrendous.

Story:

My story with this PC is very interesting. I've had this PC myself for 4 years, but before i had it other family members had it to use as an everyday machine to do browsing and such on it. When I had got it and saw the dedicated graphics was enough to play some games I had made my steam account and started to look at what I could run. Then not long after that I fell in love with playing Garry's Mod for a good 2 years. Now that my friends have moved on to more modern games now I sadly cannot play the same games with them without the experience being terrible. Currently, I have no money to pay for a decent gaming PC and have been looking at any shot to enter contests.
