I'll take a very rough estimate of it. The Titan supercomputer contains 18688 16-core AMD Opteron 6274 CPUs, and 18688 Nvidia Tesla K20s. The hash rate for both are about 45 Mh/s and 130 Mh/s respectively.

So 18688 X 45 Mh/s + 18688 X 130 Mh/s = 3270.4 GH/s

Using the bitcoin calculator, it would take about 9 hours to produce 1 BTC.

Now this is a very rough guess. I don't know how all the GPUs and CPUs work in parallel in the supercomputer and how that effects performance. Also, I took the values for the hashrate from the mining comparison chart. I made an educated guess for the Opteron 6274 with the other Opterons on the list. The chart probably factors in over clocking as well.

Edit: I made a calculation error and updated

Main rig: i7 3770K @ 4.54, Sapphire R9 290, Sabertooth Z77, 16 GB Mushkin Redline 2133, Lian Li PC-P50R, Seasonic 860xp Platinum, Kingston Hyper X 3K 240GB

freeNAS server: AMD Athlon II 170u 20W, 5 x 3TB WD Red in raid-z1 (12 TB)

media centre: AMD A10-5700, crucial M4 (boot), running XBMC,4 x 3TB WD Red, 3 x 3TB WD green + 2TB green in FlexRAID (17 TB)
