Should I just get a PWM controller for the 4pins and use the Hub for the 3pins?

I'd say this is the best option, you can plug 3-pin fans into a PWN fan splitter without issues but they will just run at max rpm.

Hey guys,

Just got myself a new NZXT H440 case that comes with an integrated 8-port PWM Hub and I've got some questions:

I have 5 x 4-pins PWM Noctua fans; can I use a 3-pins to 4-pins splitter to control PWM?

I also have 3 x 3-pins NZXT fans; is it safe to plug it in the hub in which my PWM fans are?

Should I just get a PWM controller for the 4pins and use the Hub for the 3pins?

Thanks!

That's what I thought. I don't mind the 3-pins running at full RPM, they don't make much noise, but on the 1.5K and 2K RPM Noctua, that's another story.

Thanks.
