Afterburner. Basically just take the Power Limit slider and pull it to all the way to the right.

Power draw in percentage to TDP. 1080ti has TDP of 250W, so 114% is 285W.

 

At stock, it won't go past 100%, so he definitely tweaked in overclocking utilities.

Its slightly overclocked, or it might have boosted.. not sure if GPU boost works for the memory clock speeds too.

 

Also quote people or @ tag them when you reply, otherwise they most likely won't see what you've replied to them.

Possibly related question… when Nvidia says the default memory bandwidth is 11 Gbps, do they mean 11000 (11 * 1000) or do they mean 11264 (11 * 1024)? If it's the latter, 5603 would be closer, bearing in mind some rounding might still be going on.

 

I'm aware I may be tempting that wretched gigabit vs. gibibit discussion here. :P

Its something like changed settings,but i dont change anything. Sometimes fan goes to 60% card is louder than usual and there is not temp throttling on 86C . Any ideas?

I haven't seen people complaining their cards running faster than expected like you.

looks like GPU boost 3.0 is kicking in for the second shot.

 

both overlays are from RIVATUNER Stats Server, included with MSI Afterburner OC software.

Power Limit MAximum and temperature target maximum. So its a maximum overall for my card or this mean that i had that limit on past?
