That temps go above temp target and clocks was high?

It is normal. Pascal doesn't really care that much about temp limit with GPU Boost 3.0 as the card is already clocking itself depending on temperature regardless of temperature limit.

Just tune your fan curve.

Sometimes temp limit stops working on my card,fan goes from 49% to 60% on auto, and temps goes as high 87C and there is not throttling. Any ideas? Why it not throttle on 87C?
