They're both from the same reputable brand, at the same wattage. They'll be equally safe. The first one is just $14 cheaper.

Oh sorry I forgot to mention. My currency is Rand (or ZAR or just R for short). Its about 13 Rand to the Dollar.

Oh. Well, if you want to save R14, go for the first one, but they're both roughly equal.

You really can't afford something else? I can't find any 3rd party reviews on these PSU and Cooler Master is only the badge provider for these PSU. I don't recommend using them.

Seeing how there is no review on the Enhance build Masterwatt Lite and that the MWE had only been release just recently, you can't be sure of that. Especially considering the MWE only have a 300w / 25A rating on the 400w unit while the MWL has 360w / 30A. The MWE 400w is more like a <~350w by today's standard.

Cooler Master actually has an incredible number of awful units. They're not made in-house so you can't call them a "reputable brand" when they have an enormous range of units.
