As always with this question, the answer is yes and no to varying degrees depending on the game, but x amount of bottlenecking isn't the end of the world and it doesn't matter. Play games. People new to this hobby have a very poor understanding of this concept and its not something you should be worrying about with hardware like that.

 

Additionally, two GPU's plays no role here. You cant use them both for gaming.

Why are you using two 7600 XT's, also bottlenecking isn't even that big on an issue.

A 7600xt will have no problem being maxes by a 5600 in most games.

 

But why 2 7600xt's? You can only use 1 for gaming
