Can I make an Intel Optane SSD 900P Series a Windows 11 boot drive

I have a Intel Optane SSD 900P Series (280GB, AIC PCIe x4, 3D XPoint). I want to build a new intel I9 system. And since I already have a 280GB optane SSD. I thought it would make a fast boot drive. But I can only information for Windows 10. Is Win 11 compatible? And has anyone else tried this, that might have insight or tips for me?

Sure, Ive done this. Optane drives are NVMe drives and work like any other NVMe drive. Works in every systems Ive tried them in.

It'll work but I think you'll have to use CSM to boot off Pcie slot, which will lock you out of some UEFI BIOS options

Plus it's Gen3 and slower than most other Gen3 Nvme

I think I read about using CSM with Win 10. The compatibility should be similar/same.
