Stock cooler isn't doing it's job? My H7 is great, but the installation could have been easier (noctua is simpler).

I'm looking for suggestions for sub $40 US air coolers for a Ryzen 7 1700.  Any ideas?  I have read good things about the Cryorig H7.

I guess I didn't even think to ask the question of whether or not the H7 is even worth it over the AMD stock coolers which I've heard are pretty decent.  I'm still putting together the parts list so maybe I'll use the stock cooler at first and go from there.
