So the last two numbers are how good they are and the numbers before are the generation.

 

9 = 9th gen

80 = "tier" 80

 

 

10 = 10th gen

30 = "tier" 30

 

 

The higher the tier the better the card. But also factor in the generation.

 

EDIT: Also "Ti" means its a upgraded version.

If you have been waiting for such a long time that you are sick, go for the GTX 1060 6GB. It's more expensive, but the same amount of performance as the RX 580.
