If the MacBook is heating up beyond its tdp there is a problem and Apple will check it out and or fix it/replace it.

Sir, I understood your point pretty well, what @nerdslayer1 is saying is that apple takes things for granted and would pass my laptop as normally functioning. 
And yes it's true that if the CPU is around 60-70 degrees, I'll can't get it fixed, if higher I may force them to.
But I understood both of your points.

LOL. Good luck. Just want to let you know that Apple classifies overheating at 105C on the CPU. But most thermal throttling start around 90C give or take some. And the computers fan RAMP UP at 75C. 

 

But, when you do run out of warranty, actually go repaste it. It'll be light years better. I'm at 65C under max load. (I have the first gen 2012 MBP 3820QM + GT650m) and it's also much quieter.

I think that your macbook pro is still can be considered new. 

 

Here is the solution: 1st, install istat menus on your machine, and see how hot it actually can be. And take a screen shot of it. 

Second book an appointment with apple's "genius bar", and take your machine there for them to do a total check up. (apple hardware test and so on)

Explain your situation, issues you find on your mac, also show them your power cord, I think with a new machine like this, your power cord should not become that color this soon. 

 

Here is a photo of my cable. And I have been using this machine for 5 years. It definitely does not have that yellowish color you shown in your pic. 

Not nick picking you, but normally cables do age, but yours is getting worn out way too fast. Probably has something to do with the temp you get from you mac. 

 

 

 

This is the only solution you might have. Don't sit around and complain online about how apple is a crappy company. 

You do not have a on-site warranty when you purchase an apple machine. 

If you want to save it and continue using it, go to the store, and explain to them politely, I think they will give you a satisfying answer. 

If you don't want to use this machine, then sit here complain. And let the 1k machine die on your hands.

The yellowing may not be normal, its either there's an electrical short in the charging port or the pins in the connector are faulty.. check if there's some discolorisation there.
