You're spending far too much on the CPU and far too little on the GPU. lemme rebalance this budget for a great deal more gaming performance.

I made this build a black/red theme, but if its not your thing we can certainly change a few parts out (maybe even save you a few bucks) and get that sorted. You're a little over budget with this build, but its with the intention that you would trim some funds out of the motherboard budget as there should be a fair amount of ~$100 AM4 ITX boards out there in the near future, bringing you right around the $730 mark again

Its also worth noting that if you wait a few weeks (if you can) that many more AM4 ITX motherboards will be on the market (many are being announced at computex this week) so you should be able to have a wider variety of selections available to you. Is there any reason you specifically NEED IX? mATX could be better functionally and cheaper if you don't mind a slightly larger form factor. (Define S Nano isn't much smaller than many mATX cases out there)
