At least get the EVGA B2. Its $75 for 750W and that should be enough for 2 cards. Its tier 2.

Stop recommending EVGA PSUs. I'm not kissing EVGA's ass.

EVGA PSU's are really good especially the G3 series. If they weren't that good then why are they on the Tier 1 in the tier list? We wouldn't recommend them otherwise.

This is more about my personal beef with EVGA, but I'd still like something other than an EVGA PSU. How is the one I linked?

Which is why I asked about the Cougar PSU.

The one you sent is outdated and isn't really good compared to the other ones. Don't cheap out on the PSU please.

if you need 1000 watt and only have $86 for your power supply, your priorities are set wrong.

I'm upgrading my personal rig and giving the CX600 I have now to my friend. He's got a 450W

Do you have a PCPartpicker link of your build? We can look in to it and see what you really need.

Why does everyone use PCPartPicker? Jeez. I already have ten billion accounts and I don't need more emails.

You don't need an account for pcpartpicker... You can make your build and send us a link of it so we can look in to it lol.
We're trying to help you out but if you are complaining about everything we say then that isn't going to help you.

You don't need account and you can make multiple lists on one account.

Yeah. I know.

and a lot of power, means a lot of money.

besides, if you actually have hardware that requires this much power, i cant exactly imagine that that was cheap either.

as well as however little you may pay for power, if your system needs 1000 watts at full load, getting a slightly more expensive power supply (not to mention higher efficiency bracket) is very little compared to what you'll pay for power during the lifespan of the machine.

because you dont need an account, it's easy to use, and its pretty much universally applicable to building systems (almost) worldwide. a pcpartpicker list someone in germany makes is as easy to interpret to you as a pcpartpicker list from your neighbor.

So are amazon lists or even a pastebin.
