budget canadian pc build

Hi, I currently live out in the country and I just heard the great news that fibre will come in my town! so I have decided to build my self a new gaming computer

I will like to be able to play arma 3 at close to 60 fps

I would like it to be future proof for like 4 years max

I would like to be able to play EVERY GAME at a smooth 60+ fps at ultra in 1080p

and I would like the build to be under 1800$ canadian

You don't need $1800 CAD for 1080p 60Hz gaming.
