When you plan to run 4k+ resolution, you need that 6GB Ram.

Also like to point out, 1200W PSU won't cut it in that system

 

 

4x Titan = 1000W

1x 4960x = 130W, you're going to overclock this sucker, so 200W

Uho, 1200W, now to power the rest of the 8 DIMMs, the Motherboard, the huge pump and all the fans, maybe it really will blow up.
