I have a Raidmax Vampire, 700W, 80+ Gold Certified PSU. Is this power supply good enough for overclocking my i7 6700k and GTX 1080 Ti to maximum clock speeds? I just don't exactly know what kind of features make a PSU good enough for overclocking, which is why I'm asking.

No. Please replace. Get a decent quality unit of 550W or greater. The EVGA GS/G2/GQ/G3/B2 all have wattage variants of 550W or higher and are very good value. You can easily find a 550G2 for $80 which you should be able to afford if you have an i7 and 1080 Ti.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.
