Build Suggestions and advice for New Zealand

Country: New Zealand

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Heavy gaming (standard AAA releases etc.) and potentially programming in the future

Other details: I would prefer to buy from PBtech, Computer Lounge, or 1st Wave. I'm leaning toward using the NZXT H6 Flow as a case but open to suggestions. Since NZ PC part prices are wack would love advice on whether I should go for Intel or AMD for CPU. I'm definitely going for an Nvidia GPU just want advice on whether a 4070 Ti Super or 4080 Super is better for my use case and budget. Don't need any peripherals. Just a note if you are going to use PCpartpicker, some components are missing from their data base.

1440p Monitor. I already have one so the budget is purely for the PC
