Best budget 1080 film camera

I'm looking to buy a camera within the next couple of months I want it to have a 3.5mm audio jack for my mic and 1080p what ever fps I'm just wanting to shoot some videos about tech

DSLRs are pretty good. The D5x00, T5i, and SL1 are pretty good

Panasonic G7, also does 4K. IMO looks better than the GH4 - less noise and better colors.

I could go for that but my budget is $500 Canadian so it would be slightly out of my budget but I would be able to do 4k

I'm looking for similar solution and i'm buying Nikon D3300 ... It's shooting 1080p at 60hz, you can plug external microphone to it wchich is critical for good audio quality, it have interchangeable lenses and is actualy in your price tag. Well, in my case, i'm looking for used one, because i want to fit it in to budget of about 400-500 USD along with cheap action-cam like SJcam SJ7 wchich cost 200 USD itself.

I'm using my phone ATM but I want to get better quality and there is a Panisonic G7 that does 4k in your budget range but it's close to the $500 mark

Well my budget is 500 $ indeed but 200$ from that budget i want to reserve for action cam like SJ7 which is explained in other topic on this forum.

So my budget "for DSL'R" is more like 200-300 $  i found D3300 on Amazon.de (yes i live in Europe) for like 200 € so i was amped to buy it but someone was faster and bought just before i got my salary on bank account ;/ So i'm back to searching. I'm pretty sure that for this price tag i'm forced to search used one though.
