Well, topic speaks for itself. I'm looking for cheap but solid quality action cam. I'm specially interested in SJCAM SJ7 Star and XIAOYI YI 2 4k
To clarify I'm not choosing them because of their 4k capability (Which never hurts to have on site BTW) but because of nice low price tag and features which is optional when buying go pro.
But there are some ... concerns i'would like to be addressed by someone with experience.
In SOME sample videos on youtube in slow motion, i saw a lot noise on filmed objects for example asphalt on video bellow. Can someone explain why it occurs ? Is that due to youtube quality conversion or it's definitively action cam fault? Actually i used SJCAM SJ4000 in the past and well it wasn't bad at all. I never seen such noises on my videos while it supposed to be much worse than SJ7.
If you have any suggestions/alternatives of action cams on budget i would be glad to see it.

Well ... about that, i live in Poland( it's in Europe in case you didn't know ;P) and it cost more like 250 $ on our gopro authorized retailer and 200 $ in third-party shop. Off course i can order one from Germany by amazon for example trying to save a bit where price point is about 190 $ but shipping and transaction costs indicates that i will end up spending no less than 198 $. Video quality is "not the best" and versatility is not strong point of session series the way i see it. I'm goig to use it with motorcycles BTW. So it don't seem to be better deal than SJ7 to me, however i see your point and it's my fault i haven't said where i will end up buying stuff.

It took me 5 months to break mine, doing shit like this. The camera still works fine, actually, I just cracked the LCD which makes it pretty difficult to use.
