That is what video/game capture cards do. Plug in something on one end, plug the other side into the USB of your PC and they also have HDMI on the other side for actually gaming. (Because the input to your PC sometimes lags up to 20 seconds behind. Sometimes less on USB 3.0 cards)

 

I would suggest you look into a second hand Elgato Game Capture (not HD60).

As this comes with the correct cables for Composite (red white yellow) or component (which is 5 colored inputs, which is highly preferred for quality reasons).

So on one side you plug the Wii cables in, other side goes to USB (2.0 on the model I suggested, so that has a bit latency) and HDMI too so you can hook it up to your TV/monitor (which is a neat way to get your Wii on a HDMI monitor by the way).
