Help!CPU always on 100% load

I got this PC at my office and its CPU is always on 100% load even by just browsing the web with chrome and some MS Word.

CPU is Core i5 with 8gb RAM

Ryzen  5 3600 | ASUS Strix B450i Strix | G-Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb 3200mhz

Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super OC | Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500gb | NZXT H200i | NZXT x52 | Corsair RM650x

I think it is virus cause i5 cannot have 100 % on these tasks.

If virus scan doesnt work backup your data and reinstall Windows

Office 365 is another failed project from MS.

I had that scam for 1 year always crashing my PC, non stop freezing, bad update system (through windows update is wayyyyy betterrrr) and I had that same issue so I downgraded office when I had old PC (Currently my new home server)

WMI Service Host is eating up a lot of the CPU..still searching how to resolve this

Seems like it is caused by a bad startup, WMIPrvSE.exe is part of the windows Operating system. Maybe you should try reinstalling windows.

Do a clean install of windows. For me it fixed 100%ram usage and 100% CPU usage

If you're not running anything and it's at 100%, do a malware scan.. your system might be infected with Malware..
