I wanna buy a game from steam(When they give sale,example,50% off).When do they do it?i wil b buying it on December 2017

In December, Christmas is an option. They always have sales then. 

"May your frame rates be high and your temperatures low"

Summer sale is just around the corner.
Just find something cheap to play to hold you over.
