Trackball mouse recommendations

Hi. I was thinking about getting a trackball mouse to pair with my IBM x61s laptop. I was thinking about maybe buying an IBM Trackpoint L40 for the aesthetic value, but I don't want to miss out on modern features such as a scroll wheel, page forward/back buttons, and usb. Any ideas on a trackball that has an older aesthetic while still retaining some modern features like the ones I listed?
