Please help me clear this virus

Please help me i got a virus and its running in my background now and i cant delete it

Download the free version of hitman pro and run a scan.

It should automatically delete it and hopefully find other viruses as well

I would also try malwarebytes.

technically you can just boot a linux distro like arch, ubuntu, mint or if you want the hannah montana distro and manually delete the file

If you know where the file is you can use a program called unlocker to force delete it.

Happened to me this one time at band camp it was labeled as a system32 file pc crashed rebooted and virus was gone.

For manual kill running background and delete files.

First, download Comodo Cleaning Essential

Run: Autoruns.exe  and untick name process or services that running. After that restart PC (should be stopped to run processes or services )

Finally, delete all files that you found it.

If not helping, try to kill tree process or services by KillSwitch (still inside Comodo Cleaning Essential) then delete files.

 

Similiar @mebaby2 instruction but not clearly.
