7700 vs 7700k at streaming

Hello. I want to ask you the community a question. Do i need 5 ghz an i7 7700k to stream CS:GO at 1080p at 60fps. Or i'll be fine with 7700 w/o overclocking. Because in games 7700k on 5ghz vs 7700 performs pretty much the same. If 7700k wins in some games it's only by 3-4%. So if there's much improvement in streaming with 7700k i'll be totally looking for it.
Note: i'm not gonna run 2 PC's with capture card to stream.

ryzen will be just as good as 7700K and a lot better at streaming due to it's extra cores, also it might be better in the future due to optimisation in games and in applications.

Just get a Ryzen 1700, more cores=more stable stream and less fps fluctuation when playing. You can get away with 7700 but i see no reason why you wont want the 7700k as higher clock in cs really helps especially if you get a 144hz monitor and you really want as much fps as you can get.

No. It may be on par, but it won't be better....

I was meaning ryzens performance will get better, and with streaming the quality of the stream is better at the moment than the 7700K

Well yes. Ryzen is better than any i7 at sreaming but at gaming it sucks. huh?
I've seen many streamers with i7 6700k at stock clocks streaming at 1080p 60 fps with very good quality. huh?
Considering 7700 better than skylake i won't need to OC my CPU.
And back to the question about overclocking. Do i really need to OC my CPU to get more juice in CS:GO? I have noticeable improvement with my i5 4670k on 4.5ghz in this game but does it work with Kaby?

Just because the 7700k displays more fps than the ryzen counter parts doesnt mean they suck.

The difference between i7 and Ryzen in Gaming is not noticable as seen by the blind testing done by Level1Techs. The video also shows that Ryzen tends to stutter less often and not as bad. I have struggles linking since i am on mobile.
