Issues like that are very time consuming to diagnose and often times the only way to truly know is to switch out the component and see if the problem persists.

So, better if I get it checked if it can't pin down on the issue?

And what software can I use to monitor temps in-game?

A couple of things. First did you try re-seeding the cable? Second there are a lot of option from here that you can take. First you can download either MSI Afterburner or EVGA PrecisionX. Those programs will help you more accurately see what is going on with your cpu and gpu temps.

instability, bad ram, motherboard issue, memory controller ..

or even a bad hard drive / SSD, if it outputs broken data for this one specific file, there's a small chance that it'll crash the system.

no, other reasons would give a BSOD or a freezed computer.

it has to be power related, or temperatures related.

Something simple as a bad overclock could also lead to the system restarting by itself without a bluescreen.  Mine did that before settling at 4Ghz.

or rather, too low voltage for the given OC.

which technically means the system "isnt running hot enough" :P

those won't cause the PC to reboot without warning...those cause crash, BSOD or lock up...and they will log the error.

they will and do - how many times have you had an unstable overclock cause your PC to reboot during aida64 etc? More than PSU and heat causes a PC to reboot - yes most memory issues will cause a BSOD, but I have experience failing ram cause restarts without a BSOD

find out what the 127°C temp sensor hooked to.

do you have onboard gpu? if yes then your onboard gpu is doing work that the pciex gpu should be doing thus its trying to run but its using the settings for pciex gpu card.

i never have liked onboard gpu as they never turn off or fully disable
