CPU encoding warning help - OBS Studio

Hi there! My wife and I have been troubleshooting her OBS since she seems to not be able to play games while streaming with a decently strong CPU of an AMD - FX 8350 OC to 4.20 Ghz, 8 GB of DDR3 Ram and a GTX 760.

The issue lies with it randomly start lagging the game bringing it from a solid 60 fps to lower 12 or lower randomly.

We changed a lot of presets from Encoder Preset from Veryfast to ultrafast and the issue still happens.

She really want's to stream but the fact that she can't even play it while streaming and losing frames is beyond us.

Note: I also downloaded a temp test for the CPU and it was around the 60 C so I don't think that is bringing the CPU down.

Are you using QuickSync?

I know nothing of OBS or streaming, so I can't help beyond what others say.

You can't use QuickSync on an AMD CPU..

@ImSnowy Can you post screenshots of the settings for OBS? And what is the CPU usage while playing the game without streaming?

.

Have you tried nvec?

I have not, I will give that a try after dinner. It's odd, I'll test it myself for 30minutes plus. Hand it over to my wife to ACTUALLY stream it starts the FPS issue and encoding warning. But I also see it happening since I am right next to her. SO I'll try that soon.
