Help please! Any Silicone Protector/Skin For The Corsair K70 Keyboard?

Hey guys,

 

I was currently looking for a Corsair K70 cover that will protect it from dust and the like, that would be easily washable. The reason why I wan't something like this is because it get's somewhat annoying taking apart every key of the keyboard to clean the whole thing after a while.

 

What I am currently looking at is this universal skin cover, however if there is anything better I would gladly like to take a look before I buy this!

 

Please let me know if you know of anything! I don't want to have buyers remorse buying this, if I find something perfect for my keyboard a day later.

I've had my K70 for a year and I've only cleaned it one time and I didn't take ANY keys off to do so. The K70 has a very open/exposed design so a can of air works wonders.

You have a good point sir, however on the off chance I somehow spill a drink onto my keyboard then I will have a heartbreaking situation, having a cover relieves some stress of that, and I won't have some possibly damaged hardware! I only started getting anxious of this after reading this post, but I still want to look for a cover regardless.

Well, I made the purchase since there weren't any real replies that could help me ;/

 

I'll update this and give my insight on it when I receive the cover.
